Ukraine women’s national football team (U-19) came out in League A qualifications for European Youth Championship 2024.
In the decisive match, Natalia Ignatovich’s team beat North Macedonia (2:1) in Armavir, Armenia. The victory for the blue-and-yellows was brought by goals from Radionova and Serbuk. Let us note that in the last two rounds the Ukrainians defeated Armenia and Luxembourg with the same score 6:0.
With three victories, Ukraine took first place in Group 4 of League B and made it to League A. The draw for the second round of qualifying for the 2024 Women’s European Championship (U-19) will take place in December.
Following the results of the second stage of League A, seven teams will reach the final stage of Euro 2024, where they will join Lithuania, the host of the future event.
