In September, the big winner was the Brazilian striker Geovani Junior. The election was made through the club’s Instagram and was announced last Monday, the 30th.
“This award is very important to me, as I am in my second month here at the club and being able to receive an award like this brings a lot of joy and confidence to continue doing my job. My thought is always to be able to help the team on the field and, together with my teammates, to be able to put Oleksandriya on the path to victory and in the top positions”, said through the press office.
After 12 rounds played, Oleksandriya occupies 13th place in the competition with 10 points won. One of Geovani’s highlights was in the match against Kiev Dynamo. The Brazilian scored one of his team’s goals in the match, which ended in a 4-2 victory for Dinamo.
“We are experiencing a moment of instability within the competition, this happens to all teams and it is very bad. We are close to the relegation zone and we know that this is not good, that we need to improve and seek victories.
