Crystal Palace signed a new long-term contract with the goalkeeper Sam Johnston reports the press service of the English club.
Johnston, 30, extended his contract with the team until the summer of 2027.
This season, the goalkeeper has made 12 appearances for Crystal Palace, of which he has conceded no goals in four. In the remaining eight games, Johnston conceded 18 goals. After 10 rounds of the Premier League, Crystal Palace occupies 13th place in the standings with 12 points.
The goalkeeper was called up to the England national team for the first time in 2021 and has so far made four appearances for the team.
