Athletistic/Football. Former coach of the Russian national team Alexander Borodyuk spoke about the performance of Moscow clubs in the current RPL season.

“In my opinion, the Moscow teams will catch up. CSKA now urgently needs transfers. Spartak has a well-chosen team, but I don’t know all the time what is happening there – there is always scandals.

If we talk about Dynamo, the club management does everything: the stadium, infrastructure, work with fans and veterans, and decent financing. In this case, there must be certain requirements for the players: three or four players must have character. In football it is important to “play until the end, I can’t”. When the Blue and Whites learn to win matches thanks to their character, the club will seriously fight for titles,” Borodyuk said in an interview with “Championship”.

CSKA has scored 21 points in 13 matches and is in fifth place in the RPL standings. “Dynamo” with 21 points is ahead of the army team in additional indicators and takes fourth place. Spartak with 20 points now occupies seventh place in the Russian championship.
