The midfielder will spend the next season in Odessa
Chernomorets officially extended the contract with the team captain Sergei Kravchenko.
The term of the midfielder’s contract with the Odessa club was not disclosed, however, according to journalist Igor Burbas, Kravchenko signed a one-year agreement with Chernomorets.
Recall that Kravchenko became a football player of Chernomorets in February last year and scored two goals in 28 matches for Odessa.
Sergey is a former midfielder for Dynamo, Dnipro and the Ukrainian national team. In the Premier League, the midfielder also played for Vorskla, Volyn and Dnepr-1.
The other day, Chernomorets announced that Canadian midfielder James Manjrekar would return to the team. Also in the new season, the club will be represented by Sergey Politylo and Evgeny Selin.
In addition, the Odessa club has already announced the transfer of two defenders – 23-year-old Maxim Voitihovsky and 27-year-old Sergei Sukhanov.
The new season in the Premier League is expected to kick off on August 23 amid martial law in Ukraine.
