The team is at work this afternoon at the Giovanni Arvedi Sports Centre, where Cremonese are preparing for next Sunday’s match against Spezia (Zini Stadium, kick-off 16.15).
At the end of the first stage of video analysis, which took place in the center’s conference room, the group moved to field No. 1, where work began with muscle activation and technical warm-up. This is followed by a stage dedicated to tactical exercises, and a final stage dedicated to individual technique.
