This is the third medal for the duet Maria and Nikita this year
Ukrainian figure skaters Maria Pinchuk And Nikita Pogorelov won bronze medals in rhythmic ice dancing at the series stage Challengerwhich took place in Astana (Kazakhstan).
The Ukrainian duo took only sixth place after their performance in rhythmic dances, but in the second part of the program they performed as successfully as possible, which allowed them to receive 105.74 points and ultimately finish in third place with a score of 167.22.
For the duo of 17-year-old Maria and 21-year-old Nikita, this is not the first success this year. At the end of September, they won silver at the Junior Grand Prix Series in Gdansk, Poland.
Earlier, Pinchuk and Pogorelov became winners of the competition in Istanbul. Thanks to their successful performances, the Ukrainian couple qualified for the first time for the final of the Junior Grand Prix Series, which will be held in Beijing from December 7 to 10.
