Ukrainian’s debut goal in Belgium
Ukrainian midfielder Westerlo Sergei Sidorchuk scored a goal in the match of the 13th round of the Belgian championship with Leuven (2:0).
The midfielder spent 77 minutes on the field and received a yellow card four minutes before being substituted. However, before this, the Ukrainian scored his debut goal for Westerlo, successfully playing on a free kick.
32-year-old Sidorchuk transferred from Dynamo to Westerlo on September 5. In total, the Ukrainian played seven matches for the Belgian club in all tournaments.
Westerlo, thanks to the victory over Leuven, rose to 15th place in the Jupile League. On November 10, the Ukrainian team will play against St. Truiden.
