Athletistic/Football. On Sunday, November 5, several matches of the 14th round of the Russian Football Championship took place. CSKA hosted Nizhny Novgorod. The match took place in Moscow at the VEB Arena stadium. Both teams won third place in the RPL standings.
In the 33rd minute, Dmitry Stotsky gave the Nizhny Novgorod team the lead. Yuldoshev crossed from the left flank to the center of the penalty area, where Stotsky, running in, scored on a rebound off the post.
Four minutes later the score was tied. The goal was scored by Fedor Chalov. Kelven on the flank passed to Oblyakov, Ivan passed to the goal line, where Chalov outran the defender and sent the ball to the lower left corner with a light touch.
Three minutes later, Nizhni Novgorod managed to regain the advantage. This time Viktor Alexandrov scored the goal. Kalinsky took a corner from the left flank, Kakkoev headed, the ball hit Troshechkin and bounced to Aleksandrov, who missed from a meter away.
In the 71st minute, the army team equalized the score. An own goal from Ibrahimkhalil Yuldoshev helped them in this. Faizullaev moved from the left flank to the goal line, where Yuldoshev, in a fight with Zabolotny, sent the ball into his own goal.
Two minutes later, CSKA got the winning score. The goal was scored by Victor Davila. Moises entered the penalty area towards Faizullaev, Abbosbek crossed from the front to the far corner of the goalkeeper’s area, where Davila took off Yuldoshev and headed the ball into the net.
Thus, CSKA won with a score of 3:2. The red-blues scored 24 points and occupy third place in the RPL standings. Nizhny Novgorod is eighth with 20 points.
