The experienced Romanian specialist will not stop active teaching.
He left Dynamo, but not from football. Mircea Lucescu denied information about his retirement. Note that such rumors appeared immediately after the specialist left the post of head coach of the Kyiv club.
However, in an interview with the Romanian publication Fanatik Superliga, the 78-year-old specialist said that he did not suspect where such news came from, because he himself did not say anything like that.
“Where did the story come from that I retired? In the club, I don’t know how everything was interpreted. I didn’t say that. I’m leaving the team.
I’m still in Ukraine. I will wait a day or two and go back home. I’m thinking what to do. I’m returning to the country, I’m returning home, we’ll see what happens. At this moment, physically I feel good. My health allows me to work,” said Lucescu.
