The Madrid striker real Madrid Vinicius won the award for the best player in the Spanish La Liga for the 2022/23 season according to the Spanish Footballers’ Association (AFE).
The awards ceremony took place on Monday.
— I thank the AFE and all those who chose me as the best player of last season in Spain. “I am very happy and I hope I can continue in the same spirit for many more years,” said the Brazilian.
Vinicius made 33 appearances in La Liga last season, scoring ten goals and providing ten assists. At the end of October, the striker extended his contract with Real until 2027.
