The accusation made is “that he negotiated fictitious mandate contracts with Juventus, receiving compensation for non-existent transactions in order to recoup previously accrued and unaccounted for credit, in violation of numerous disciplinary provisions.” It is disputed that he violated articles 15 and 21 of the general rules for agents (autonomy, transparency and independence, as well as tasks that must be communicated in certain forms) and articles 6 and 11 of the disciplinary rules (respect for sports ethics and fair competition, as well as rules Football Federation).
