— Based on article 4 of the Disciplinary Regulations of the LFP, the Disciplinary Commission, after examining the file and hearing the two clubs, notes that incidents occurring on public roads cannot engage the responsibility of the organizing club.

Therefore, the commission will not take any disciplinary action regarding these incidents, the statement said.
