Head coach Karpat Miron Markevich confirmed that the club is interested in the Shakhtar midfielder Marjan Shved and midfielder of Dnepr-1 Alexey Gutsulyak.
“We are interested in many football players. Gutsulyak and Shved are also in the sphere of interests of the Carpathians, but I can’t say anything concrete yet. We haven’t decided who to sign yet.”
“Regarding Gladky, I have not changed my position. We are now looking for forwards, but we have not considered Gladky’s candidacy and are not considering it.”
The Swede has been healing for a long time from an injury he received last fall. This season, Maryan appeared on the field in four matches for the Miners in all tournaments.
Gutsulyak, who, like Shved, previously played for Carpathians, has played 17 matches for Dnepr-1 this season. The midfielder scored four goals and gave two assists.
Karpaty are leading Group A of the First League and have guaranteed themselves participation in the championship round in the spring. In the next match, Markevich’s team will host Agribusiness on November 12.
