Spoiler – there will be a different leader
On Friday, November 10, a meeting of the PFL League Council will take place. One of the issues is the exclusion of Nikolaev Vasta from the list of participants in the Professional Football League.
Let us remind you that the club did not show up for two championship matches, which, according to the regulations, means automatic withdrawal from the tournament. KGC UAF had already excluded Vast from participating in the championship, but the club had time to appeal. According to our information, it was not submitted. Now the exclusion of Vasta must be approved by the PFL Council.
Nikolaeva-1920, which should appear instead of Vasta, will definitely not play next season in the Second League. According to the regulations, before submitting an application for certification and inclusion in the PFL participants, the club must play at least a season in the Ukrainian Championship among amateurs.
As for Vasta, since the Nikolaev club did not completely play the first round matches, the results of the matches with its participation will be canceled. This means that the leader and standings will change in the Second League.
