Yulia will spend the next season in the elite division of women’s professional cycling
Ukrainian cyclist Yulia Biryukova moved to the Women’s World Tour team Human Powered Health. The Ukrainian signed a contract with the American team for one season.
For the first time, Yulia will compete in a team in the elite division of professional cycling. The Ukrainian spent the 2023 season in the reserve team of the UAE Team at the continental level.
25-year-old Biryukova has one professional victory in her career; the Ukrainian won a stage at the Thueringen Ladies Tour 2022 with a solo raid of more than 100 kilometers. Last season, Biryukova won two silver medals at the Ukrainian Championship races, finished in the top 3 at the Eibar Grand Prix, and also took a place in the top 10 overall in the Vuelta of Andalusia.
Human Powered Health has been competing in professional cycling under various names since 2013. Last season the team achieved 14 victories.
