DISCIPLINARY MEASURES
Based on the findings of the official documents, the following disciplinary actions were taken:
Sports referee,
considering that during the matches of the second round of the Italian Cup, Serie C, fans of the clubs AVELLINO, CATANIA, CESENA, RIMINI and TURRIS violated the rules specified in the articles. 25 and 26 GHS:
– introduce into the sports facility and use exclusively on its site various types of pyrotechnic materials (firecrackers, smoke bombs and flares);
Considering that the circumstances set out in the article collectively apply to the above companies. 29, paragraph 1, letter. a), b) and d) GHS,
