Sometimes they come back. Fabrizio Castori returns to coach Ascoli, the team in his region, after thirteen years. It was the 2010/11 season when, in November, then-president Roberto Benigni called on him to replace the sacked Elio Gustinetti. Castori got the better of Ascoli, last in the standings by half a foot in Serie C, to lead them to a surprise escape. The coach from the Marche region will hold his first training session in the village of Picchio this afternoon. Castori arrives, having agreed a contract until June with an option for next year, and just four months later says goodbye to William Viali.
