Presidents put you to the test every day , you have to try to be on top every day by comparing yourself to them. Coaching the team gives me strength and energy, presidents don’t really interest me. They are necessary because you are grateful for the opportunity to coach, but then you have to focus on the guys with with whom you are dealing.”
