He played as a goalkeeper and won medals in the Ukrainian championship
23 year old Alexey Loginovex-prize-winner of the Ukrainian Hockey Championship as part of White Leoparddied in the war against the Russian invaders.
Alexey was born in Kyiv, was a student of the Sokol hockey school, and later at the youth level played as a goalkeeper for the capital’s Ldinka.
In the 2017/18 season, Loginov played one match for the Ice Wolves, and also played two matches in goal for White Bars (Belaya Tserkov), winning bronze medals in the championship with the team.
In addition, as part of Sokol, Alexey won third place in the Ukrainian U-17 Championship, and with White Leopard he became the national champion in the U-20 category.
After the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, Alexey volunteered to join the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He missed his 24th birthday (November 25).
In the early hours of February 24, 2022, Russia launched rocket and air strikes on most Ukrainian cities and then launched a full-scale military invasion. The war against Russia has continued for the 630th day.
