Athletistic/Football. Zenit defender Rodrigao shared his opinion on the possible receipt of a Russian passport. The Brazilian has been performing in Russia since 2021.
“I never thought about getting a passport as a Russian citizen, because I never received an offer. If so, I can think that Russia accepted me. I like to be in your country. If I received an offer to get a Russian passport, I would agree,” Rodrigao said, as quoted by Sport24.
Rodrigao played for Sochi in the 2021/2022 season and helped the Black Sea club win silver medals in the RPL. In the summer of 2022, he moved to Zenit, where he became Russian champion and winner of the country’s Super Cup. This season, the Brazilian has played seven matches in the RPL.
