Former player Zari Ljubenovic could lead Minaj

42-year-old Serbian could replace Sharan

As became known Sports Arenaformer midfielder of Luhansk Zarya Zeljko Ljubenovic can lead Minai.

In addition to Zarya, Zeljko also played for Tavriya, Krivbass and Alexandria in Ukraine. The Serb ended his professional football career in 2018, having played more than 300 matches in the Ukrainian championship.

Lyubenovic worked as a selection coach for Zarya, and then was an assistant coach in the U-19 team. The 42-year-old specialist also worked in the Serbian Zelezničar.

TaToTake previously reported that Minaj plans to fire head coach Vladimir Sharan in the near future. The club’s management is going to use the pause for national team matches to change the coach.

Minaj is in last place in the current UPL season, gaining six points and not winning a single match out of 14. In the next match, the Transcarpathians will host Kryvbas on November 25.
