Gaetano Pignalozaformer striker Avellino and Giuliano, told TuttoAvellino.it about the confrontation between the two Campania teams: “The experience in Avellino was something unique because I was born there from a football point of view. After various loan spells I was part of the winning C1 group and we reached Serie B. It was a beautiful and unique year. I remember with pleasure the last match in Crotone with a completely white and green stadium. I still remember the final whistle, I often go to watch this video and show it to my sons who are approaching the world of football. Even in Giuliano I lived through two wonderful and intense years, reaching the playoffs two years in a row. In the yellow and blue T-shirt I played in many derbies, challenging Nocerina, Juve Stabia and Cavese.
