Minaj officially announced the appointment of Ljubenovic as head coach

Minai officially announced the appointment Zeljko Ljubenovic head coach. The contract with the Serbian specialist runs until the end of the 2024/25 season.

The new coaching staff includes assistant coach Igor Dudnik and goalkeeper coach Andrei Novak. Vitaly Deyak became the new club doctor.

Lyubenovich is known for playing for Zarya, Tavria, Krivbass and Alexandria. After finishing his playing career, the Serbian worked as a selection coach for Zari, and then was an assistant coach in the U-19 team. The 42-year-old specialist also worked in the Serbian Zelezničar.

Previously, Minaj terminated his contract with head coach Vladimir Sharan by mutual agreement of the parties. Together with the mentor, his coaching staff left the team.

Minaj is in last place in the current UPL season, gaining six points and not winning a single match out of 14. In the next match, the Transcarpathians will host Kryvbas on November 25.
