The American only joined Ginzburg’s team this summer
BC Prometheus announced on the official website the termination of cooperation with the defender Marcus Keene.
The 28-year-old attacking defender only joined the Ukrainian club this summer. He played for Prometheus in 12 matches in a row – equally in the Eurocup and LEBL.
On the international stage, Marcus averaged 12.8 points, 4.3 assists, and 3.5 rebounds for Ronen Ginzburg’s team.
In the Latvian-Estonian Basketball League, Keane’s numbers are as follows: 10.5 points, 3.2 assists, 2.5 rebounds on average per game.
Let us remind you that Prometheus previously announced the termination of the contract with center Vyacheslav Petrov.
Prometheus is in second place in the new season of LABL after eight matches. Ronen Ginzburg’s team also plays in the Eurocup, where it takes seventh place in Group A, being in the fight for the playoff zone.
Tomorrow, November 22, Prometheus in Riga will play with Italian Venice, a neighbor in the Group A standings.
