Over the next month, creditors may make demands against the debtor
Supreme Court of Ukraine officially announced that Economic Court of Rivne region opened proceedings in the case of bankruptcy public joint stock company “Rivne Folk Club “Veres”.
According to this notice, creditors have the right to file claims against the debtor within 30 days.
According to information Liga.netthe construction company Bazisprombud, the general contractor for the construction of the Veres training base, appealed to the Economic Court of the Rivne region.
The head coach of the Rivne club, Sergei Lavrinenko, in an October interview did not deny Veres’ modest financial capabilities, however, in particular, he mentioned that “before the start of the season, the president decided to increase the salary fund.”
In September, according to some information, Veres President Ivan Nadein was one of the main initiators of an unofficial meeting of the presidents of Ukrainian Premier League clubs.
Veres is in penultimate place in the UPL. Lavrinenko’s team, which has not won since September 1, will host Metalist 1925 in the Ukrainian Championship on November 25.
