On Tuesday, Dzagoev announced his retirement at the age of 33. From 2006 to 2007, the footballer played under the leadership of Osinkin in the Krylya Sovetov-SOK club, but spent most of his career at CSKA (2008-2022). His last club was the Greek Lamia.
