Kepa may not recover for the match with Napoli, he will be replaced by Lunin – journalist

The Ukrainian can play in two upcoming Blancos matches

Ukrainian goalkeeper Real Madrid Andrey Lunin can get playing practice in the upcoming Blancos matches.

Spanish media report that Real Madrid’s main goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga continues to recover from a torn abductor muscle. The Spaniard was replaced by Lunin in the last two games of Real Madrid. At the same time, in the match with Braga in the Champions League, the Ukrainian kept a clean sheet and saved a penalty.

Most likely, Kepa will not be able to play in the next two matches of the Madrid club – with Betis in La Liga and Napoli in the Champions League. Thus, the Ukrainian goalkeeper will play in the Real Madrid goal.

In total, Lunin played four matches this season. The Ukrainian spent two of them to zero. In four meetings, Andrei missed two goals.

Real Madrid are in second place in La Liga. The match with Betis will take place on November 26, and the game with Napoli in the 5th round of the Champions League group stage will take place on November 29. Note that Carlo Ancelotti’s team has already secured participation in the Champions League playoffs.
