President “Alanie” Vladimir Guriev spoke about the departure of the team’s head coach Oleg Vasilenko and said that this season the club management set a goal to directly enter the Russian FIRST WORLD LEAGUE (RPL).
On Wednesday, Alania announced the termination of the contract with Vasilenko. The 50-year-old specialist has led the team since March. Under his leadership, Alania played 31 matches, won 14 times, drew 11 times and suffered six defeats.
