Former head coach CSKA Valery Gazzaev believes that Kazakhstan national team there was not enough experience and skills to qualify directly for the 2024 European Football Championship.
The Kazakhstan national team failed to win a direct ticket to Euro 2024, but can advance to the tournament via playoff matches. Since May 2022, the team has been led by Russian specialist Magomed Adiev.
“We must pay tribute to the Kazakhstan national team, especially its head coach Magomed Adiev, who managed to find an approach towards the players and inspire them to play like that. They had a huge chance of making it out of the group, but unfortunately they still lacked experience and skills. Nevertheless, the performance of the national team in the selection for the Euro will be a good starting point and will bear fruit in the future, quotes RT Gazzaev.
