Newcomer of Kryvbas is confident that the team will fight for high places in the championship
Goalkeeper Bogdan Sarnavsky commented on the signing of a full contract with Kryvbas. He believes that the team sets high goals in the championship after the appointment of Yuriy Vernydub as head coach, and Ukrainian football will only benefit from the departure of foreign players.
“Everything suits me in Kryvbas. There are all conditions for my professional development and progress. There is also an excellent goalkeeping coach (Taras Grebenyuk), who will always help and advise in everything. Moreover, Kryvbas was headed by an ambitious head coach – Yuriy Vernidub. We have similar goals with the club: only the highest places in the championship and serious tasks. That’s why everything suits me,” Sarnavsy said.
“Kryvbas will only benefit from the appointment of Vernydub. And the players, and management, and staff. Yuri Nikolayevich knows how to achieve serious goals, which he has repeatedly proved.
“I don’t see a problem in the fact that almost all the legionnaires left Ukraine because of the military aggression of the orcs. I guess foreign players didn’t play such an important role in our football. Perhaps high-quality legionnaires were only part of the giants. In other teams, personnel changes will not be very significant.
“As for the championship, its level will even out. The more interesting each match will be. Ukrainian football will only benefit from this, because our players will play. The Ukrainian national team will also only benefit from this, and the level of the UPL will only become higher.”
Goalkeeper Bogdan Sarnavsky became a full-fledged footballer of Kryvbas. The 27-year-old goalkeeper signed a one-year contract with the UPL club.
Earlier, Kryvbas signed goalkeeper Andriy Klishchuk, defenders Timur Stetskov and Vitaliy Vernydub, midfielders Andriy Ponedelnyk, Timur Korablin and Dmytro Khomchenovsky, as well as striker Denis Ustimenko. 18 football players left the Krivoy Rog club.
Kryvbas is preparing for the season under the guidance of new head coach Yuriy Vernidub. It is expected that the start of the next draw of the Ukrainian Premier League will take place on August 23.
