Athletistic/Football. The general director of FC Sevastopol Valéry Chaly spoke about the consequences of a violent storm in Sevastopol. The day before, at 26 hours, a cyclone hit Crimea and Sevastopol – the wind speed reached 40 m/s, causing the Black Sea to overflow its shores.

“No players from our club were injured. A few trees fell in our stadium, but we avoided major damage.

All is well at the football club, but the city’s infrastructure has of course suffered. We have finished the autumn part of the championship, we have a day off today. Now we will gradually go on vacation,” Chaly said according to Sport-Express.

Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvojaev said earlier that as a result of the storm, three people were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.

“Sevastopol” scored 31 points in 14 matches and took first place in group B of the “Silver” zone of the Second League.
