Following the results of the 14th first match of the BKT series, the sports judge disqualified 8 players: 3 matches in Baselli (Como) “for inappropriate behavior towards an opponent (Second sanction); half, when the game is stopped, get up from the bench and go onto the court, grabbing a player of the opposing team by the neck”; and Leticia (Feralpisalo) “for grabbing an opposing player by the neck in the 40th minute of the second half, when the game was stopped.” On account are Zoma (Parma), Corrado (Ternana), Carissoni (Cittadella), Cassata (Spezia), Cistana (Brescia), Venturi (Cosenza).
Sampdoria coach Andrea Pirlo and managers Marco Giannitti (Ascoli) and Nazario Pignotti (Modena) will also receive a one-day suspension.
