Training continues in Turin. This afternoon the team continued preparations for the next championship match, in which Feralpisalo will face Cittadella on the stage of Piacenza on Saturday, December 2, at 14:00.
The activation phase took place on the field and involved the use of cones with a focus on hip mobility. This was followed by a phase of technical activation, characterized by paired passages with maximum intensity. The team then focused on tactical work, with particular emphasis on the defensive phase. In the second part of the training, the team played an all-out 11 on 11 game.
The goalkeepers did an official job. Bacchetti, Carraro and Pilati worked separately.
