I see today that if I had sought help back in the Arab world, maybe everything wouldn’t have happened the way it did, it wouldn’t have gotten worse. But it took a while until I understood what I had”, explained Nilmar.
The player also reinforced the difficulties of facing the disease within football. “I thought that because I was a privileged guy, who played in the World Cup, the national team.
