Moscow “Torpedo” Denis Maslov has denied reports of negotiations with the Italian striker Fiorentina Alexander Kokorin .
Earlier, RBC Sport reported that Torpedo was ready to offer the 31-year-old striker a contract under the 1+1 scheme on a salary ‘well below a million euros a year’.

Kokorin joined the Florence side in January 2021 from Spartak Moscow. Last season he played six games in the Italian league and was not marked by effective actions. The Russian’s contract with Fiorentina is calculated until June 30, 2024.
Torpedo became the winner of the FNL at the end of the season and returned to the RPL.
