The Brazilian plays at Internacional on loan
Betis interested in a defender Shakhtar Vitaowho plays on loan in the Brazilian Internacionale.
It is reported that the Spanish club is considering two options for the player’s transfer. Betis will try to seal the move in the winter transfer window. If an agreement with Shakhtar fails, the Spaniards intend to sign a preliminary contract with the player for transfer in the summer as a free agent.
Vitao’s current agreement with Shakhtar runs until June 30, 2024. The Brazilian took advantage of the FIFA rule for foreign players of Ukrainian clubs and moved to Internacional on loan in April 2022. The Brazilian club began negotiations with the player on a permanent contract, but has not yet achieved a result.
Betis are in seventh place in the Spanish La Liga. Internacional finished in ninth position in the Brazilian Serie A.
