The contract provides an option to extend for another season
Fulham announced a contract extension with the goalkeeper Bernd Leno. The new agreement runs until the summer of 2027 with an option to extend for another season.
31-year-old Leno moved to the Cottagers in 2022 from Arsenal. It was reported that Fulham paid €10 million for the German goalkeeper.
This season, Leno has played 16 matches for the club in all competitions, conceding 26 goals. The German goalkeeper kept five clean sheets, including the last two matches.
Fulham are tenth in the Premier League with 21 points. In the next round, the Cottagers will play away against Newcastle on December 16.
