Raquel Freestyle celebrates world record recognized by Guinness

Raquel Freestyle officially entered the Guinness World Records with an impressive record of 10 hours, 22 minutes and 08 seconds of continuous embassies

It is not today that Raquel Freestyle, known as the muse of embaixadinhas, performs great feats that resonate throughout the world. In her last challenge, held in July 2022, the Brazilian spent 10 hours, 22 minutes and 08 seconds doing embaixadinhas, a moment shared in full on her official YouTube channel.

More than a year has passed, but only this Wednesday, December 12th, she received the recognition plaque from Guinness World Records for the female record for “longest time continuously controlling a soccer ball”, approved on the official website of the organization that certifies and catalogs several records around the world.

“Football changed my life, and establishing a brand like this is a goal I have been pursuing for some time. Until I achieved it, I spent six months training non-stop, both the physical and mental side. It wasn’t easy, I had already suffered injuries before, and I managed, with the help of physical trainer Maurício Faccio, to be more ready this time. A year after tearing my cruciate ligament, in one of my training sessions, things worked out.”says Raquel.

“I already knew that I had managed to break the record, but it is only true when they confirm it. When they spoke to me and I received the plaque, I was very emotional. And I don’t want to stop. My plan is to continue preparing and dedicating myself to taking my gift to even more places and showing how sport can transform lives.”says the athlete.
