Juventus officially sign Pogba

The Frenchman decided to return to the club for which he played in the period 2012-16

juventus officially announced the signing of midfielder Paul Pogba. The Italian club did not disclose the details of the agreement with the 29-year-old Frenchman.

Pogba joined Juventus as a free agent. On June 30, his contract with Manchester United ended.

As previously reported by the media, Pogba’s contract with Juventus runs until June 2026. The football player will earn 8 million euros per year + after-tax bonuses. The signing bonus amounted to 2.5 million euros.

PSG, Real Madrid and Manchester City were also interested in Pogba’s services. However, the Frenchman decided to return to Juventus, for which he played in the period 2012-16.

The 29-year-old Frenchman made 27 appearances for the Red Devils last season, scoring one goal and scoring nine assists.

Juventus ended the 2021/22 season in fourth place in Serie A and qualified for the Champions League group stage.
