Bayern Munich defender Kim Min Jae recognized as the best football player of 2023 in South Korea, according to the Korean Football Federation website.
The 27-year-old defender took first place, scoring 137 points according to the voting results. The second was the Tottenham striker Son Heung-Min (113 points), third was PSG midfielder Lee Kang-In (84).
In 2023, Kim Min-jae wins the Italian championship with Naples. This summer, the Korean joined Bayern, for whom he has made 22 appearances in all competitions this season and scored one goal.
Previously, Son-Heung Min was recognized as the best footballer of the year in South Korea for four consecutive years; in total, the Tottenham footballer has won seven of these awards.
