Today, July 12, the return matches of the first qualifying round of the Champions League took place. The duel between Klaksvik and Boude-Glimt has been rescheduled for July 13th.
Azerbaijan’s Karabakh defeated Lech at home with a score of 5:1 and advanced to the next round of the Champions League qualification. As part of the Polish club, the Ukrainian goalkeeper Artur Rudko played the whole game, and George Tsitaishvili, loaned from Dynamo, came on as a substitute in the second half.
Ludorogets on the road minimally defeated Sutjescu. As part of the Bulgarian team, the entire match was played by Ukrainian central defender Igor Plastun.
Ukraine in the current Champions League will be represented by two clubs – Shakhtar and Dynamo. The Pitmen, who finished last season in first place, will start immediately from the group stage and will recognize their rivals at the end of August.
