The Monegasques have the option to buy the German’s contract from West Ham at the end of the season
Monaco signed loan for West Ham defender Thilo Kerera. The Monegasques have the option to finally buy out the player’s contract at the end of the season.
The 27-year-old defender joins the Hammers from PSG in 2022. The German national team player signed a contract for four years with the possibility of extension for another two.
This season, Kehrer played 12 matches for West Ham in all competitions, without scoring any goals. The German played only four times in the Premier League, each time coming on as a late substitute.
Monaco is third in Ligue 1, seven points behind leaders PSG. In the next match, the Monegasques will play away against Lens in the French Cup on January 7.
