Sports director “Orenburg » Dmitry Andreev has confirmed that midfielder Lucas Vera could leave the Russian team during the winter transfer window.
Earlier, reported that Orenburg is negotiating the transfer of the 26-year-old Argentine to one of the foreign clubs.
— If there are details, we will consider the possibility of selling Vera. There are currently no official offers. Everything else is just words.
— But is there any interest from a foreign club?
– Yes. It seems that everything was discussed with them. If there is an offer, Lucas will most likely be transferred,” RB Sport quotes Andreev.
Vera has been playing for Orenburg since the summer of 2022. This season, he has played 18 matches in all competitions, scoring one goal and providing four assists. This winter, the Argentine could have joined Lokomotiv Moscow, but, according to Andreev, the transfer failed “due to financial disagreements.”
