Mircea wants to see a Ukrainian in his team
Ukrainian winger Andrey Yarmolenko had a conversation with the mentor of Dynamo Mircea Lucescu.
The mentor of the white-blues wants to see an experienced player in his team. At the same time, Yarmolenko has several offers from other clubs, so Andrei has not yet made a final decision on continuing his career.
Recall that interest in Yarmolenko was attributed to the clubs of the Premier League, Examples, MLS and Saudi Arabia. Turkish Besiktas was also interested in the Ukrainian.
Yarmolenko is known for playing for Dynamo from 2007 to 2017. As part of the Kyivans, Andriy became a three-time champion of Ukraine and won the country’s Cup twice.
After leaving Dynamo, Yarmolenko played one season at Borussia Dortmund, from where he moved to West Ham in 2018.
At the end of May, Yarmolenko left West Ham as a free agent. Andriy has been playing in London since 2018, scoring 13 goals in 86 Molotoboys matches.
Dinamo will kick off the new season on July 20 with a nominally home Champions League qualifier against Fenerbahce in Łódź, Poland. The return match will take place a week later, on July 27, in Turkey.
