Lazio beat Roma minimally and reached the semi-finals of the Italian Cup

Zaccagni scored the winning goal from the penalty spot

In the quarter final match Italian Cup Lazio minimally won Roma with the score 1:0.

The first half ended without any goals scored. And after the break, the only and winning goal was scored by Mattia Zaccagni, who converted a penalty. Interestingly, at the end of the meeting, Wolves head coach Jose Mourinho was sent off. And already in stoppage time there were two more removals: Pedro left the field for Lazio, and Sardar Azmun left the field for Roma.

Earlier, Fiorentina reached the semi-finals of the tournament, beating Bologna in a penalty shootout. Also in the quarter finals of the Italian Cup, the matches Atalanta – Milan and Juventus – Frosinone will be played.

In the next match of the Italian Championship, Lazio will play against Lecce, and Roma will play against Milan.
