Former footballer and coach “Dynamo” Sergei Silkin praised the current head coach of the “blue and white” Marcela Ličku to succeed in learning the Russian language.
After 18 days of the Russian Championship, the Moscow club occupies third place in the standings with 32 points. On Thursday, Dynamo players returned from vacation and underwent a thorough medical examination. After the exam, the team went to training camp.
— Do you like the work of coach Marcel Lička?
— I like the fact that he learned Russian. The former Dynamo coach didn’t talk about it. Ultimately, sometimes you have to “punish” a footballer with strong words. It’s useless in English, and foreign coaches don’t know how to do it in Russian.
