The footballer will play on loan until the end of 2024
Midfielder Kirill Matveev rented Nivoy (Buzovaya) from Lviv Carpathians. The lease term is from January 22 to December 31, 2024.
The 21-year-old footballer previously played for Nikopol and Kremin (20 matches, 3 goals and 3 assists at the First League level). He moved to Karpaty in the summer of 2023, but never made his debut for the first team. He appeared on the field 7 times in the Second League for Karpaty-2, scoring one assist.
Karpaty confidently won Group A at the first stage of the 2023/24 First League, and are the main favorite to qualify for the UPL. Niva also qualified for the Championship Group, but will start the second stage with a four-point gap from the playoff zone.
Let us remind you that the club from Buzovaya was on the verge of extinction, but the situation was saved. In December, the president of the first league Kudrovka, Roman Solodarenko, became its owner. The team is undergoing serious personnel changes this winter.
