The fourth day of red and white works in the shade of the Abruzzo Apennines opened under the magnificent sun. This morning, Mr. Mignani’s group first devoted themselves to intensive work focused on postures, joint mobility and core stability, and then devoted themselves to technical schemes; the most meaningful part of the morning training was the sports component with high-intensity shuttles at 50 and 25 meters.
In the afternoon, DS Polito also reached the headquarters of the red and white retreats, warmly received by the fans present in the stands of the Comunale. For the team, after the technical warm-up, exercises dedicated to the tactical part on the field section.
Double training is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, July 12 (10:00 / 17:00).
