Attack InterMiami And Argentina national team Lionel Messi will not participate in The Best FIFA Football Awards ceremony in London, reports DirecTV Sports.
According to the source, the 36-year-old footballer will miss the ceremony in London, although he is nominated for the title of best player of 2023. The Argentine stayed in Miami to train with the team. Journalists from various publications believe that the reason could be Messi’s loss in this appointment.
Previously, FIFA nominated three candidates for the best footballer award based on last year’s results. The list also includes Kylian Mbappe (PSG, France) and Erling Haaland (Manchester City, Norway)
